Packaging Format Specifications

Sealed Polythene Bags

Used for 1kg sample and pilot quantities. Food-grade polythene with heat-sealed closure prevents moisture ingress and oxidation. Ideal for laboratory evaluation and small artisan production.

Sealed Pails & Tubs

5kg format in rigid HDPE pails with secure snap-lid closure. Suitable for small cosmetic manufacturers and R&D teams requiring manageable working quantities with controlled dispensing.

Heavy-Duty Drums (25kg / 50kg)

Lined heavy-duty polyethylene drums are the standard commercial format for shea butter export. Appropriate for long-distance freight, resistant to impact and moisture, and suitable for stacking.

Palletised Full Container

Container-load shipments are palletised for maximum freight efficiency. Drums are stacked and stretch-wrapped on export-standard pallets, enabling efficient loading, unloading and warehouse storage.

Labelling & Documentation

Standard & Custom Labelling

All shipments include standard commercial labelling showing product grade, net weight, batch reference, country of origin and applicable handling instructions. This supports documentation alignment across customs clearance and internal inventory management.

For private label buyers, we can apply your branding to packaging formats where technically feasible. Custom labels are produced to your design specification and reviewed as part of the commercial agreement.
